We are looking for candidates for Software Project Manager in our HCM branch

This person will do such tasks as:
-Manage the development of NEC Group aboard in Japan
-Make plans and define the expense of all projects.
-Define the risks and reduce these risks
-Give jobs of the projects to staffs and observe until the project is finished.
-Work with subject matter experts to define estimates
-Define the scope of works, roles and responsibilities and plan the project with customer and partner companies
-This Project Manager will be the core member of the new company
-Management skill

-Fluent in Japanese
- More than 8 years professional experience in business application software development, with more than 2 year experience in Project Manager position in Enterprise environments
- Solid experience in project management such as estimating, planning, organizing, leading
- Possess strong communication skills, diligent approach to work, ability to control documentation
- Experience in software quality assurance
- Good knowledge in project management, development process
- Good communication skills: group discussion leading, team working.
- Management experience of offshore development team is a plus.
- IT skill and knowledge of ERP, Unix and Windows are preferred.
