Job Description:	We are looking for candidates for Bridge SE and Software Developer in our HCM This person will do such tasks as: - Understand detailed specification documents - Develop　software in multiple languages - Testing and reporting bugs - Customizing existing source code (Need to be able to read programs written by other developers)
Required Skills/Experience:	Basic skills: - Fluent in English - Japanese skill is highly appreciated - Education: B.S of I.T / Software / or Information System - Experience in development of Business Applications such as Production Management, Accounting, Sales Management for Manufacturers - IT skill and knowledge of ERP, Unix and Windows are preferred Experience: - 0 - 3 years of experience in software development - Experience in either Java or C# or C++ - Good sense of teamwork & responsibility, initiative, hard working - Ability to work independently and in a team and under high pressure. - Experience in outsourcing projects is an advantage. - Good understanding on software development processes - Quality oriented - Experience in team work is a plus
